This is a co-fermented red blend of Merlot, and Cab. Sauv. from Comtesse Therese Vineyards and Cab. Franc from Onabay Vineyards. The wine was aged in French Oak Barriques for 10 months and shows notes of dark fruits, cedar, and hints of dried herbs. The palate has balanced well integrated tannins and will pair well with full flavored cheeses, grilled meats, hearty Italian cuisines, and dark chocolate.
